Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond to your claim. Sending your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite the process and may result in delays.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled by a DMCA takedown notice is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the material, you may file a counter-notification with us.

Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, and phone number.
2. A description of the material removed and its original location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or your local equivalent.
